FAMILY & COMMUNITY
Rick and Joan have been married for 47 years & are the parents of 5 adult children. A great pleasure right now is the role of grandparents with grandchildren ranging in age from 22 to 1, including two who joined us via adoption from Ethiopia. Our family has exploded to a total of 28. We're delighting in watching our family multiply & seeing God's unique plan for their lives. Together, we're passionate about the outdoors & enjoy camping, biking, cruising, Hawaii & visiting our out of state kids. Rick is actively involved in the community, having served as a council member of our church, school board member at Lynden Christian, & board member of our local Rotary.
